I like the new "Mixed Media" templates for TypePad (I'm using the "Timeline" for this Weblog) that were created as a harbinger of Six Apart's introduction next year of Weblogs that are compatible with Nokia's Lifeblog application (storing SMS, MMS and e-mail in chronological order on your handset and computer). Whew -- that sentence is a mouthful!
I also like the high tech look of black, grey and white.
But I don't like medium grey text and dark grey links on a black background. It's tough to read.
Change the color
All it would take to dramatically improve the readability is to change grey to white. What do you think?
As a wireless data consultant I spend a lot of time thinking about readability on wireless devices.
