After visiting the Snapfish store, my girlfriend and I visited the annual "Festival of the Arts" in the Old Town section of Alexandria, Va. I don't know how many tents were set up, but they stretched for blocks with two tents side-by-side.
Many so-called arts festivals offer rather low quality work. But the Old Town event featured high quality work. Lots of great photographs, sculptures, paintings, glassware, woodworking and multimedia artwork.
I was especially interested in the photography.
